City of Thibodaux - Road Closure: Intersection of Rienzi Road and Rienzi Shopping Center Driveway

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, through Friday, October 24, 2025, the intersection of Rienzi Drive and the Rienzi Shopping Center driveway will be closed intermittently to vehicular traffic. A contractor will be on site performing a sewer line connection.

Update 9/2/25: The intersection of Isabelle Place and Ridgefield Road is now reopened to vehicular traffic.

The intersection of Isabelle Place and Ridgefield Road will be closed to vehicular traffic until further notice in order for the City of Thibodaux’s Public Works Department to make roadway repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to update the public on when the intersection will be reopened.

The City of Thibodaux is sponsoring a household hazardous waste collection day. It will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 8:00 AM to Noon at the Harang Auditorium, which is located at 310 North Canal Boulevard in Thibodaux.
