City of Thibodaux Repair Request Form

To report a problem, do one of the following:

  • Call the City of Thibodaux Public Works Department Office at (985) 446-7223 , 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
  • Use this form to submit an issue to the Public Works Department.
