City of Thibodaux - Road Closures: Water Line Repairs

The City of Thibodaux’s Public Works Department is repairing water lines at several different locations today throughout the City. Until further notice, motorists must find an alternate route of travel. The Thibodaux Police Department will be blocking traffic and have installed barricades at the following locations.

▪️Cardinal Drive between East 5th Street (Menard Street) & East 7th Street

▪️West 1^st Street (also known as Southern Pacific Road or S.P. Road) between St. Mary Highway (LA 1) & Jackson Street (LA 20)

▪️Susan Street between People Street & Ridgefield Road

All TREC programs, practices, and games will resume on Monday, January 27, 2025. This includes girls’ volleyball, all baseball and football field practices, strong women, morning yoga, Beverly’s exercise class, and taekwondo. Volleyball pictures will be pushed back to be taken before the next scheduled game.
