Starting Monday, March 31, 2025, LA 3266/ Coulon Plantation Road will be closed to vehicular traffic. In phase one of the project, a portion of LA 3266/ Coulon Plantation Road will be closed from Forty Arpent Road to before the John Deere facility. DOTD has provided a graphic to show detour routes during this phase of the project.

Sage Construction has begun the construction of the Downtown Pavilion Improvements. Construction is anticipated to last 4 months and be completed by early July. The current traffic patterns at this location are permanent with the portion of West 2nd Street pictured below being closed.
