City of Thibodaux - City Office Closure: Veterans Day

In observance of Veterans Day, City of Thibodaux offices will close on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Additionally, the Warren J. Harang Jr. Municipal Auditorium will also be closed to walkers on this day. The trash collection schedule will not be interrupted. Normal operating hours will resume on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, through Friday, October 24, 2025, the intersection of Rienzi Drive and the Rienzi Shopping Center driveway will be closed intermittently to vehicular traffic. A contractor will be on site performing a sewer line connection.

Update 9/2/25: The intersection of Isabelle Place and Ridgefield Road is now reopened to vehicular traffic.

The intersection of Isabelle Place and Ridgefield Road will be closed to vehicular traffic until further notice in order for the City of Thibodaux’s Public Works Department to make roadway repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to update the public on when the intersection will be reopened.
