- RV Parking at the facility is for temporary use only. The maximum rental period is limited to three days at a time.
- No parking is allowed on the grass.
- Washing a RV or any other vehicle on the premises is prohibited.
- The Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium reserves the right to terminate this agreement at the discretion of the Management.
RENTERS LIABILITY: Renter agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property by Renter or Renter’s guests. Renter agrees to reimburse the Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items. The renter(s) shall be liable and solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury to any person or loss sustained by any person or arising out of or in any way related to renter(s) use of the premises. Renter(s) hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to renter(s) use of premises. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
If guests violate any conditions of this agreement, the Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium may terminate this agreement. Upon notice of termination of this agreement, Renter shall vacate the premises immediately. In the event the Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium has to resort to legal process to enforce rights under this Agreement, Renter shall be responsible for reasonable Attorney fees and costs. Renter agrees this contract is entered into in Thibodaux, Louisiana and consents to the personal jurisdiction of any proper court located in this jurisdiction. I have read the above agreement and agree to observe the Rules and Policies of the facility. It is understood that the Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium assumes no responsibility whatsoever for private property left on the premises and that the Warren J. Harang, Jr. Municipal Auditorium is expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damage to person or property, which may be sustained during the term of this Agreement.
