On Wedneday, November 13, 2019, the Thibodaux Volunteer Fire Department will conduct a training exercise on the 1300 block of Menard Street from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. During this time, Menard Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from Audubon Avenue to Cherokee Avenue. Non-hazardous training smoke will be used for this exercise. In observance of Veterans Day, City of Thibodaux offices will close on Monday, November 11, 2019. The Warren J. Harang Jr. Municipal Auditorium will also be closed to walkers on the aforementioned day. Trash collection schedule will not be interrupted. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
