On Wednesday, September 6, 2023, LA Contracting will be extending the closure of Gerald T. Peltier through the intersection of President Street to continue work on this project. The closure will remain in effect until the ending phase of the project.

The City of Thibodaux’s Public Works Department is finishing up the repairs to the water lines on Ridgefield Avenue. Any road closures in the area will be opened shortly.

Currently, the City of Thibodaux’s Public Works Department is repairing water lines on Ridgefield Avenue near the intersection of Thompson Place and Ridgefield Avenue. This area will be closed to vehicular traffic until further notice. An estimated repair time has not been determined, but the City of Thibodaux will update residents as soon as possible.
