On Monday, September 18, 2023, Byron E. Talbot Contractor will begin work to upgrade an existing waterline that runs across St. Patrick Hwy. The southbound lane of St. Patrick Hwy. from Rue Loudun St. to Bayou Rd. will be closed from approximately 7 AM until 4 PM.
