On Thursday, January 26, 2023, the City of Thibodaux’s Public Works Department will be conducting a smoke test on the sewer lines in the following areas: Tiger Drive, Mimosa Street, Arms Street, Poplar Street, Jefferson Street, Hickory Street, as well as other streets in that area if necessary. The smoke test will begin at approximately 8:30 AM and until noon. The smoke will have a cherry fragrance that can potentially go into homes and is safe and non-toxic.
