Due to the effects Hurricane Ida
has had on our residents, the City discontinued all utility disconnects
immediately following the storm. Effective November 1, 2021, all City Utility
Bills must be made current and up to date
by all utility customers.
All accounts becoming delinquent after November 1st will be subject
to our normal collection policies and procedures as were in effect prior to the
storm. If you have any questions concerning your
individual account(s) you can
visit the Utility Collections Office at City Hall or call (985)446-7204 between
the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
