The City of Thibodaux has been awarded a NEW housing
voucher program called the Mainstream Voucher Program. This program is being funded by HUD through
the CARES ACT.
In order to qualify the household must:
Include a non-elderly person with a disability
(A person over the age of 18 but under the age of 62)
ONLY those who meet the above
criteria will be allowed to apply. The
number of calls taken will be determined based on the number of available
vouchers at the time of intake, which will be announced on our website the week
of applications. At a minimum 10 calls will be taken.
In order to ensure everyone’s
safety in light of possible COVID-19 restrictions, a call-in procedure ONLY will be utilized. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS FOLLOWS:
