What do you enjoy most about working for the city?
The officers, staff, and administration. I also enjoy that with this department an officer can utilize his/her discretion wisely. I further enjoy that the department allows an officer to broaden his knowledge of law enforcement experience by attending schools and with in-service training lectures to keep up with the up-to-date advances in law enforcement.
What changes (if any) have you seen occur in the city over the months/years?
The implementation of take home patrol vehicles, the A.F.I.S. system, Tasers, and the implementation of LA CRASH.
