Burglars Caught in the Act!

On Saturday, November 26, 2005, during the early afternoon, the Thibodaux Police Department received a complaint from a concerned citizen regarding three subjects hanging around a bike shop located in the 700 hundred block of North 7th Street in Thibodaux that were acting suspicious.

Upon arrival of the area, Thibodaux Police observed one of the subjects attempting to forcefully open one of the windows of the building while the other two subjects stood by. Thibodaux Police quickly and safely apprehended the three subjects. It was later learned that two of the three subjects were juveniles. After being placed under arrest, all three subjects were transported to the Thibodaux Police Department. The two juveniles were each charged with (1ct) Principle to Attempted Business Burglary. The third subject was identified as Joseph Magee (18y/o, B/M of 226 North 10th Street in Thibodaux).
