Online payments can be made 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. (Payments made after 4:00 p.m.
will be processed and posted on the next
business day.) Through a secured log-in process,
city utility customers can access utility
account by using a combination of e-mail
address, utility account number, and last
payment amount.
In addition to payments, customers can:
1. View financial
information including current amount due,
last payment, and past due amount
2. Address information
3. Historical transaction information
4. Consumption history
5. Deposit information
There will be a transaction
fee of $1.25 and a convenience fee of $2.25 for
all online transactions. The $1.25 transaction
fee will appear as a separate charge on bank
statement. The total of utility bill and $2.25
convenience fee will appear on bank statement as
a charge from “INCODE – Tyler Technologies. The
transaction will generate an
e-mail confirmation to the customer.
To avoid interruption of services and $10.00
Reconnect Fee per meter, please pay the gross
amount by 4PM on the due date indicated on the
final notice.
